INITIAL TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

• You have to make sure the Epson printer is powered on and there are no sorts of errors being displayed in the printer Control panel.
• See if the printer is getting the power source it needs. The issue could also be due to power failure or low voltage. Wait for a couple of minutes and see if it works again.
• If you are using the wired connection (USB), you need to check if the USB cable is properly secure between the printer and the computer.
• If you are working with the Ethernet cable, make sure the ends of the cable are connected between the router or the modem and the Epson printer.

SET AS DEFAULT PRINTER
